Job Description
We are looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Work effectively in a high-growth environment – comfortable in both individual contributor roles and cross-functional team management roles
Assist in preparing and maintaining the corporate business plan.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Oversee and set objectives for the team that aligns with the goals of the company
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational innovation and regularly interact with business owners and management on accounting matters.
Oversee all corporate accounting activities ensuring compliance with GAAP, statutory guidelines, and internal financial policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
5+ years accounting experience
Working knowledge of US GAAP
Self-starter with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of critical thinking, solid business acuity, and execution for results
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
