The Company is in search of a Head of Human Resources to join their team and play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of HR strategies. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, and at least 8 years of HR experience in the hospitality or experiential industries, with a strong focus on multi-state operations. Responsibilities for this role include aligning HR strategies with company goals, serving as a subject matter expert in all areas of the employee life cycle, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
