Job Description
+ Perform equipment preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and activities on semiconductor Sub Fab equipment such as processing equipment, pumps, vacuums, blowers, water treatment, hazardous waste, etc.
+ Perform shift-sustaining tasks and activities:
+ Disassemble units as required for cleaning activities.
+ Prepare parts to be cleaned.
+ Receive and inspect cleaned parts.
+ Re-install cleaned parts into the abatement units.
+ Startup and test equipment after re-installation of parts
+ Maintain required maintenance logs.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
+ 3+ years of military or work experience in a technical hands-on role.
+ Excellent time management skills are required.
+ Ability to work a compressed work week, availability to workday or night shift. Shift Differential applies.
+ Must be open to working OT, weekends, holidays, etc...
+ Ability to pass required drug screening and background check.
+ This is a safety-sensitive position; the ability to maintain the appropriate standards is required.
+ Experience in a semiconductor or related industry is a plus.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to perform complex tasks with hands and fingers.
+ Great dexterity and hand-eye coordination are required.
+ Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical documentation, such as work instructions and graphical aids.
+ Ability to stand, walk, kneel, etc., for prolonged periods.
+ Ability to work while wearing constrictive attire (cleanroom suits and personal protective gear), for extended periods, use of SCBA a plus.
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and move items weighing up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Educational Requirements:
+ Minimum education requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, AS degree or military education, is a plus.
+ Significant experience may be substituted for education.
