**Compensation and Hours:**

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
On-site in Downers Grove, IL
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform mid-volume data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
+ Manage electronic files by printing, copying, transferring, and deleting as required.
+ Retrieve information from a computer database and enter it accurately.
+ Process data for envelopes, labels, form letters, and other correspondence.
+ Format and produce documents according to established guidelines.
+ Work with basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
+ Identify and correct errors in data entry.
+ Utilize word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other software to complete tasks.
+ Operate basic office equipment such as photocopy machines, facsimile machines, binding machines, etc.
+ Follow instructions and comply with established procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
+ High School diploma or GED equivalent.
+ Proficiency in data entry with a minimum average of 8,001 to 10,000 keystrokes per hour.
+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
+ Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures.
+ Effective communication skills.
