We are seeking for an experienced and talented Project Manager to join RAD US.
The project manager will be responsible for the execution of a strategic IIOT project for one of our major customers engaging with third parties and, writing contracts, work with the marketing and R&D in Israel and with the sales team in the US.
The project manager’s role is to ensure the project goals are met, customer expectations are fulfilled and to handle customer relations in the best way within the contract scope.
The location can be in/: NJ / NY / Dallas / Atlanta
Responsibilities:
· Establish project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources, plans and monitor all activities.
· Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and escalations.
· Handle customer and stakeholder engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress.
· Manage project finance and budget where applicable.
· Plan and schedule project timelines.
· Project specific Risk Management, analysis and mitigation
· Track project deliverables.
· Provide direction and support to project team.
· Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
· Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Requirements:
· 5 years of experience in project management of communication projects.
· Qualification in project management or equivalent (PMP preferred).
· Proven experience in the Telecom Service Providers and/or IIoT market verticals is an advantage.
· Proven experience in people management in a matrix environment of a global company.
· Proven experience in risk and change management.
· Customer understanding and service orientation.
· Strong technical background, preferably in data/network communications.
· Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
· Decision-making and conflict management.
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
· Responsible, organized and detail oriented.
· Highly motivated with strong leadership skills.
