Key role in digital media and communications including briefing agencies, establishing content and media strategy, establishing KPIs and goals, researching new platform opportunities, participating in the asset creation process.
Leads key marketing initiatives within digital media, research, consumer sampling activations & public relations activities on a global basis. Acts as primary category liason for outside agencies.
Coordinates & interacts regularly with internal departments for brand integration and execution of all programs
Reports to Nail Category Senior Marketing Manager
(KSA) knowledge/experience, skills, ability & attitude Required: Candidate must be detail-oriented, collaborative, have a positive attitude, strong computer skills, a self- starter, be well organized and possess good interpersonal skills.
Marketing major required/MBA desired
6-8 years brand Marketing experience - consumer packaged goods background or mass market beauty brand experience preferred ; ideally on the brand side.
Social & digital media experience and knowledge
Skills - strong strategic and executional skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results oriented
Outstanding computer skills (powerpoint, excel, etc)
Travel required; approximately 2-4 times a year
