Description We are looking to add another member to our growing team at TopGrowthMarketing.com. This position is for a social ad campaign manager who will be working remotely.
This individual would have experience running Facebook and Instagram paid ads, and have great verbal communication to engage with both the team and clients.
Qualifications:
2+ years of PAID Facebook ADVERTISING experience. (Blueprint Certified Preferred)
2+ years of experience managing clients/accounts. (Any industry)
Knowledge of Google Analytics.
Strong, professional verbal communication.
Present strategy and results on client calls (US clients, English required)
Excellent writing and creative content skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities.
Innovative thinker and collaborative team player.
Understanding pixel and tracking setup
Looking to learn and grow in a collaborative environment

Job Responsibilities The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Manage social ad accounts
Be proactive about finding new strategies and tactics to help clients achieve their goals.
Manage communication with the client (emails, calls, etc)
Deliver insights to copy and creative team to improve ads
Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
Develop marketing strategies and marketing plans to support and achieve the client’s business objectives.
Prepare reports and present results to clients and management.
