Responsibilities:
* Provide psychiatric emergency services including crisis assessment, intervention, outreach and
screening for commitment to promote the safety of the client in crisis
* Facilitate a resolution of the crisis within the least restrictive environment possible

Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a mental-health related field from an accredited institution, plus one (1) year of post-master's, full time, professional experience in a psychiatric setting; Or
* Bachelor's degree in a mental health related field from an accredited institution plus three (3) year's post-bachelor's, full-time, professional experience in the mental health field, one of which is in a crisis setting; Or
* Bachelor's degree in a mental health related field from an accredited institution plus two (2) year's post-bachelor's, full-time, professional experience in the mental health field, one of which is in a crisis setting and currently enrolled in a master's program; Or
* Licensed RN with three (3) years full-time, post RN, professional experience in the mental health field, one of which is in a crisis setting;
* Valid Screener Certification required.
