Competencies:
The incumbent must be able to work in a stressful environment and maintain quality and evidence-based care of adults & children in mental health distress, including but not limited to being a danger to themselves and/or others.
Responsibilities:
* Hold primary responsibility for efficient day-to-day functioning of the crisis unit and for the quality of care of the services rendered
* Provide supervision and coaching to direct care staff
* Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
* Master's (MA/MS) degree in mental health related field; Registered Nurse (RN) license in a mental health related field plus one (1) year experience in a psychiatric setting with crisis experience;
* Current screener certification;
* Valid Driver's License required.
