We’re looking for a program lead to join our ranks. In this role you’ll be responsible for continuously evaluating and optimizing communications, resources, and workflows within the Licensing and Continuing Education programs. The right candidate will possess a strong background in process improvement and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluating and streamlining operational processes within the organization to improve efficiency and productivity, including analyzing current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions for optimization.
Leading change management initiatives related to process improvements and training enhancements. Effectively communicating changes to stakeholders, providing support and resources as needed, and ensuring successful implementation of new processes and procedures.
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements for financial advisors' continuing education. Ensuring that all advisors complete their continuing education requirements within the specified deadlines and maintain accurate records of completion
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of the firm's training programs for financial advisors, including assessing training needs, developing curriculum enhancements, and implementing strategies to improve the overall quality of training.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including compliance, training, and operations, to align process improvement initiatives with organizational goals. Engaging with financial advisors to gather feedback, address concerns, and promote adoption of new processes.
Utilizing data analytics tools to gather insights into process performance, training effectiveness, and compliance metrics. Using data-driven analysis to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards program efficiency goals.
Core Strengths and Skills
Excellent research and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to plan, implement, and monitor change
Effective written and verbal communication
Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills
Adaptability to evolving regulations and requirements
2+ years of process improvement or project management in the financial industry or 4+ years relevant experience
