Under the direction of the Senior Program Manager, the Program Manager Quality Improvement and Educational Programs manages quality improvement (QI) projects on behalf of BUSM Continuing Medical/Nursing Office (CME/CNE) and Boston Medical Center (BMC), supports the BMC Improvement Leadership Academy/Leading for Change Collaborative and the mission of the Quality Improvement Hub (QI Hub). This role includes project management of specific jointly provided CME/CNE programs in accordance with accreditation standards, including coordination with activity sites and faculty, activity promotion, and on-going collaboration with joint provider partners. This role includes project management of BUSM CME directly developed and managed CME/CNE programs in accordance with accreditation standards, including logistics management, financial management, faculty management, activity promotion, and content management.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of related experience.
