We work hand-in-glove with our external Partners and our internal Partner Development Manager & Product Management counterparts to accomplish our goals. Our charter is to maximize the value our customers extract from Databricks. Shape the Future: Use your insights and partner feedback to influence our product roadmap, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our partners and customers.

Build Relationships: Become a trusted advisor to partners, helping them navigate the Databricks platform and build successful integrations, influencing their integration roadmap.

What We Look For:

Data Expertise: Deep understanding of data warehousing, lakehouses, data collaboration, SQL, and the data intelligence platform.

Technical Acumen: Strong foundation in enterprise architecture, data products, and programming languages like Python, Scala, or Java.

Problem-Solving Prowess: Ability to tackle complex technical challenges and find elegant solutions.

Collaboration: Experience working in partner-focused roles, building strong relationships, and driving collaborative success.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
