Your projects will be large and complex, and with the support of your team, you will need to bring clarity where there is ambiguity.

To do that you will work closely with business users, product and technology and translate business needs into process and technology requirements that solve business problems. It will be key that you are able to understand, document, and articulate current state and define the transformation needed to achieve the future state aspiration. Through this entire process you must articulate the benefits and implication of change and drive alignment with key stakeholders while maintaining simplified processes and strong controls for risk. To be successful, you will foster relationships that allow you to influence the outcome and results to meet the groups objectives.

In addition to functional design and fostering understanding in the project, you will need to create acceptance criteria and perform/coordinate user acceptance testing leveraging your team, and the teams of others to ensure that end to end flows behave as expected and meet the business need.
