EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE NEEDED Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience required,
Current American Board of Transplant Certified (CPTC, CCTC, CCTN, CTP), preferred.
Nursing Informatics experience, to include statistical methods, preferred.
5 years of leadership experience in a health-related field; previous experience in organ procurement strongly preferred ; specifically, thoracic and abdominal organs and/or transplantation strongly preferred .
Ability to cope with high levels of stress and able to handle a heavy workload.
Ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet assigned deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must have the ability to provide clear written and oral instruction related to complex processes, communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, and represent the organization publicly.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team required.
Ability to travel light and commercial aircraft or drive his/her personal auto to meet all job duties and responsibilities. Current driver’s license required .
