Job Summary

The Technology, Product, Experience (TPX) organization works at the intersection of media and technology and our innovative teams are continually developing and delivering products and next-generation technologies that transform the customer experience. The Comcast Network and CONNECTivity (CONNECT) organization is a highly agile, fast-paced, dedicated group at the forefront of change focused on innovating, building, and operating the best-in-class, most reliable access network for our customers. Overview of the Role: The Director of Network Strategic Planning plays a significant role within the CONNECT team, collaborating closely with CONNECT, TPX, XGIE and the Divisions to oversee our essential portfolio of crucial work and track progress against defined goals and objectives. This position reports to the Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives and Portfolio Management who also serves as the Chief of Staff to Elad Nafshi, Chief Network Officer. It requires close collaboration with all CONNECT teams to drive the execution of our critical roadmap projects. These projects encompass a wide range of innovation initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience, improving product reliability, optimizing operations, and fostering growth. We are seeking someone who possesses a positive outlook, a strong desire for continuous learning, excellent listening skills, a passionate advocacy for our goals, a balanced and pragmatic approach to business leadership, a talent for building strong relationships, and the ability to collaborate with peers, as well as with the teams within TPX, XGIE, and other divisions.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

+ Accountability for the end-to-end CONNECT strategic initiative planning process, covering all areas of CONNECT.

+ Facilitate objective & transparent prioritization processes across CONNECT to manage the workstreams across our internal and external business partners.

+ Own the CONNECT Strategic Roadmap driven through inputs from the various teams and communicate and refine with our key stakeholders.

+ Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to understand the roadmap needs of our business partners, translating them into actionable plans within the planning process.

+ Assist in the Growth Product Catalog and Roadmap, ensuring the right prioritization and resourcing is allocated to revenue opportunities.

+ Formulate and execute annual cross-CONNECT goals, monitoring progress.

+ Works collaboratively to drive execution and accountability.

+ Act as a trusted advisor, facilitating decision-making across the company.

+ Lead special projects when necessary.

+ Proven track record of successful collaboration with functional teams, influencing and fostering alignment.

+ Ideally, the candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with various partners, including a mix of senior leadership (internal and external), integration teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) resources, and more.

+ Bachelor's degree in business and/or economics, or equivalent work experience. An MBA is highly preferred.
