Education High School * Provide Tier 1 and some Tier 2 technical support.
* Support user access to network and business solutions.
* Work with the staff to address hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
* Works with the Director of Information Technology to protect and improve internal systems.
* Provides basic instruction and training for users on general software and hardware systems.
* Assists in keeping internal systems updated and current.
* Manage access roles and user permissions; adding, changing, and removing access as required; includes allocating application licenses to users.
* Works with the Director of Information Technology to maintain software licenses.
* Manage periodic review of system access for efficacy, as well as to ensure audit requirements are met.
* Update, test and validate network security, disaster recovery and incident response plans.
* Participate in quality assurance and user acceptance testing for system updates and configuration changes.
* Maintain documentation reflecting system configuration and interfaces.
* Assist with hardware system rollouts & refreshes.
* Will help with configuration management for application rollout to team members.
* Provide backup to the Director of Information Technology as needed.

The **Systems Support Specialist** is an integral part of the Integrus team and will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. We view IT a little differently with a focus on the business objectives and how the technology can best serve the needs of those teams.
**What You Will Do**
**Your Qualifications:**
* 2+ years experience servicing, supporting, and troubleshooting workstations in a desktop support role.
* A+ Certification preferred.
* In depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop operating systems.
* Understanding of ITIL best practices and technical support prioritization process.
* Strong hardware and application troubleshooting skills.
* Mindset of service and being focused on the end users needs.
* Familiarity with common anti-malware cleanup tools and practices.
* Familiarity with the AEC environment or professional service industry a plus.
* Basic understanding of networking including routers, switches, firewalls, and WAN technologies.
* Demonstrate increasing knowledge on networking equipment, backup technology, network operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, malware, and security protection.
