Job Description
We are seeking a talented Paid Search Strategist to join our growing team. We were recently named to Inc. Magazine's list of Best Workplaces. Therefore, this is a rare opportunity to join a stellar team.
Sosemo is an award-winning digital marketing agency that specializes in search marketing (SEO/SEM), paid social, and media buying. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial-spirited, highly detail-oriented, have exceptional problem solving skills along with prior SEM experience preferably at an agency. SEO and Media Experience is a plus.
Along with a competitive salary (salary range: $55,500 - $72,500 *hourly if under $58,500), yearly bonus, and benefits, we also offer opportunities for our employees to earn a significant amount of additional compensation by working overtime and earning reward points.
Our office is located at 26 Broadway. In addition to working with a stellar team, our office has beautiful common areas, weekly yoga/meditation classes, and free snacks and coffee. Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research
Paid search campaign management
Develop and optimize ads
Manage paid media campaigns
Demonstrates value against all initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports
Research and keep up on industry trends
Develop new marketing services and refine processes
Ensure that the "Sosemo Approach" is followed by the team
Work with Operations/Project Management to manage timelines and confirm that all work is delivered in a timely manner levering status reports, hours tracking and project management software
Manage clients and ensure satisfaction
Qualifications 4-year college degree
Minimum 1-2 years experience managing paid search campaigns
Passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship
Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be comfortable presenting (Virtually & In-Person)
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Must be able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Must be highly detail-oriented
Must have basic knowledge of web technologies
Must have working knowledge of social networking sites (Instagram, LinkedIn, Snap, TikTok, Pinterest, and X)
Must have 1 year experience working with search engines (Google & Microsoft), in relation to paid search campaigns
Prior pharmaceutical marketing experience is a plus
Prior Fortune 500 or big agency experience is a plus
