Based on the specific needs and job requirements, this role will be working out of our Bombas HQ in New York City.

About the Job:

We are looking for an analytical and enthusiastic marketer to join our Marketing Team as our Paid Search Associate. Paid Search is one of our largest marketing channels and, reporting to our Manager of Search & Display, you will help manage platforms, day-to-day operations and play a hand in identifying opportunities to expand the program.

What you'll be responsible for:

Platform Management

Manage day-to-day operations, including keyword research, bid adjustments, and product feed audits.

Optimize campaign performance by analyzing data and identifying opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with internal teams, including the Paid Search Manager, creative, digital product, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

What you'll bring:

1-2+ years of experience in paid search marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through campaign optimization.

Strong understanding of SEM best practices and industry trends.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Exceptional analytical skills; expert in Excel, Google Analytics, BI tools (Looker)

The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $65,000 and $85,000/year . However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need.

The Bombas total rewards package offered for this position may also include other elements, such as annual bonus and equity target award opportunities as well as medical, financial, and well-being benefits. Additional details of these benefits will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.
