Demonstrated expertise in the RIA business and Fidelity's competitors, including competitive intelligence about product offerings and how FIWMS' offering compares
Proven ability to lead a thorough and complex sales process
A history of achieving goals with quantifiable results (net flows, assets, and revenue)

Experience successfully engaging with clients and prospects in face-to-face meetings (up to 50% travel), phone-based relationships, and video
Responsibilities The Digital Platform Sales Director role is responsible for driving results within the RIA and Broker Dealer channels
Focusing on IBD breakaway advisors and existing RIA takeaway opportunities
You will be accountable for a superior prospect experience, market share growth, net new assets, and profitability for Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services (FIWMS)
The Digital Platform Sales Director will develop new business relationships with RIAs and 'Breakaway' Advisors within their defined territory
Consult with prospects about using FIWMS' platform to custody their client assets
Understand and effectively communicate FIWMS' value proposition to prospects and centers of influence
Execute sales strategies and initiatives to qualify prospect opportunities, grow market share, identify net new assets, and drive profitability
Source new advisory prospects; top of the funnel development
Build internal relationships and partner with other Fidelity businesses to help introduce a full line of Fidelity products, services and capabilities to prospects
Territory management of up to 18 states within the Emerging segment (up to $250m AUM)
Qualifications Bachelor's degree

The Digital Platform Sales Director role is responsible for driving results within the RIA and Broker Dealer channels. Focusing on IBD breakaway advisors and existing RIA takeaway opportunities. You will be accountable for a superior prospect experience, market share growth, net new assets, and profitability for Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services (FIWMS). The Digital Platform Sales Director will develop new business relationships with RIAs and 'Breakaway' Advisors within their defined territory. You will cultivate the opportunities within this territory in order to achieve our business objectives. You will be part of a business that offers access to a comprehensive set of products and services, innovative investment tools and research, a coordinated brokerage and trust platform, and dedicated client service professionals - all designed to help our clients thrive.

• Consult with prospects about using FIWMS' platform to custody their client assets
• Understand and effectively communicate FIWMS' value proposition to prospects and centers of influence
• Execute sales strategies and initiatives to qualify prospect opportunities, grow market share, identify net new assets, and drive profitability
• Source new advisory prospects; top of the funnel development
• Territory management of up to 18 states within the Emerging segment (up to $250m AUM)
• Build internal relationships and partner with other Fidelity businesses to help introduce a full line of Fidelity products, services and capabilities to prospects
• Ability to manage the full BAC process (Risk, Finance, Implementation, Technology, and Service)
