About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Cardiovascular Market Leader & Director to drive the business strategy and plan for its cardiovascular segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial plan, go-to-market approach, technology product roadmap, customer success, and service delivery offerings. This role requires a strategic and results-oriented professional with a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree a plus) in a relevant discipline and 7 to 10+ years' experience in product management or strategy within a healthcare technology or services-based business. The Cardiovascular Market Leader will work collaboratively across the organization, monitor market performance, and serve as a subject matter expert for both internal and external communications.Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Cardiovascular Market Leader & Director include developing short- and long-term business strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans, and supporting business development in sales and marketing efforts. The role demands effective communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate complex situations with analytical and critical thinking. Experience with clinical registries, regulatory requirements, and knowledge of the cardiovascular market are preferred. The position is pivotal in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization, and as such, the job description emphasizes that roles and responsibilities may evolve over time in line with the company's expansion and integration of new capabilities.
