Moris Media is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead the HR function for our moCal brand. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that support the growth and success of moCal. You will be a trusted advisor to senior management, ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with Moris Media's overall business strategy and goals.

Talent Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, career development, and succession planning.

Recruitment & Staffing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, identify, and hire top talent across all departments at Moris Media.

Compensation & Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract, retain, and motivate employees.

Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and handling disciplinary actions.
