The RiskNarrative Solutions Consulting team support client conversations around our market leading Fraud and Financial Crime and Compliance Orchestration platform - RiskNarrative. This technology is transformative and is an integral part of the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Group strategic direction. The RN SC team is a dynamic and diverse group who are focused on leveraging our technology to solve the problems of the varied markets we serve. We truly work collaboratively to help find creative solutions to our customers challenges, and help drive better customer experiences and more robust regulatory compliance.

About the Role

The Senior Solutions Consultant role within the RiskNarrative SC team will place you in a fast-paced environment, bringing a consistently varied workload, allowing lots of potential for exposure to a broad range of customer conversations at all levels, and opportunities for growth. The technology is cutting edge and the capability is both broad and infinitely configurable – this means that no two customer projects might be the same. The role is perfect for a technologist within the Fraud/Financial Crime and Compliance space who has experience working with cloud based Regtech solutions who is looking to help drive RiskNarrative success in the US market.

Preference to have this person remote on the east coast or local to our Alpharetta, GA offices.

Responsibilities

Acting as the lead technical specialist for global RiskNarrative sales activity, to support commercial engagements where deep technical product knowledge is required. Help give prospects the understanding of how the RiskNarrative solution operates and will interface with their internal architecture. To ensure the success of the sales team, and correspondingly, the global RiskNarrative sales target

Assisting sales calls remotely or face to face in qualifying opportunities and delivering product demonstrations and presentations

Managing Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), remote Proof of Concept (POCs) processes

Being the Technical Lead where required as part of detailed sales engagements

Answering questions from technical stakeholders on the customer side in relation to integration to, and deployment of, the RiskNarrative solution

Creating process maps and other technical artefacts to help articulate complex configuration and system interactions. Help successfully close opportunities and support successful and accurate delivery of the RiskNarrative solution

Leading the presentation of the technical aspects of the RiskNarrative solution through demos and process flows to help evidence how it aligns with our customer’s requirements. This will require understanding of the RiskNarrative API (Application Programming Interface) and some basic understanding of the infrastructure, architecture, and security protocols to manage initial discussions with customers

Attend regional conferences to assist sales representatives in qualifying opportunities and delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and address product related questions

Some travel may be required to provide in person support for field sales initiatives regionally

Support other Solutions Consulting activity as required

Requirements

Have experience in Pre-Sales/Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success or Sales role, working collaboratively with Sales Teams, understanding the full sales life cycle & processes

Demonstrate experience of working within Financial Crime and Compliance/Fraud & Identity industries

Have a proven track record of supporting solution selling related to Financial Crime and Compliance/Fraud & Identity technology platforms

Have a proven experience gained within a Technology and/or Data focused organization

Possess a college or bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Have MS Office expertise, including exceptional PowerPoint skills

Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in customer-facing contexts. Ability to convey technical subject matters in simple business friendly terms

Be highly motivated self-starter, naturally pro-active with great sense of initiative

Desired skills: Public speaking or public presentation experience, language skills – Global
