We have full reign to think expansively and strategically about AI's role in helping humans navigate and use data.Position Overview:As the Marketing Creative Director at Lazarus, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience. You will lead a dynamic creative team and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with our mission and resonates with our audience.
Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire a creative team, including designers, copywriters, and content creators, to produce outstanding visual and written content.
Campaign Development: Conceptualize and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
Content Creation: Drive the creation of engaging content, including videos, graphics, blogs, and social media posts, ensuring consistency in messaging and design.
Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that communicate our technology's value and impact on our users and the industry.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business goals.
Analytics and Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and continuously optimize marketing strategies.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications: Proven Experience: 7+ years of experience in creative roles with at least 3 years in a leadership or directorial position.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI and technology trends is preferred.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute creative strategies aligned with business objectives.
Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in building, leading, and mentoring high-performing creative teams.
Multichannel Expertise: Proficiency in both digital and offline marketing channels.
Creative Skills: A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across various media.
Data-Driven: Comfortable using data and analytics tools to make informed decisions.
Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Lazarus AI is seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Creative Director to join our team. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving the creative vision and strategy for our brand, while ensuring that all marketing campaigns and initiatives are aligned with our business objectives.Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the execution of creative strategies for all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, etc.) to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and videographers.
Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content across various channels (social media, email, web, etc.).
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong creative skills, with a portfolio showcasing a range of successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Experience managing and mentoring a team of creative professionals.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision making.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies is a plus.
