The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Vice President Infrastructure, Operations & Disaster Recovery
Deeply integrate into the business to understand the ‘why’ to build balanced, thoughtful plans to ensure infrastructure, IT operations, and disaster recovery are aligned with the future direction of the company
Develop Holman’s infrastructure and IT Operations roadmap aligned with software engineering, data & privacy, security, and information management
Drive operational excellence and analytics through all call center (internal and external) functions with a keen focus on problem resolution and incident reduction
Drive the overall Holman cloud strategy that includes enabling other teams with the right tools, processes, and training to achieve 100% cloud enablement for custom developed solutions
Ensure proper development of Recovery Time Objectives and Recovery Point Objectives for all core infrastructure and a testable, recoverable environment to service them including across all cloud environments and core SaaS relationships
Manage all communications technologies including Microsoft Suite, office telephony, Call Center telephony, cellular, etc.
Lead all desktop support and desktop standardization
Integral leader on the IT Leadership Team (ITLT) driving overall technology strategy across all functions within the business
Relevant Work Experience:
10+ years’ experience at a senior management level; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred
Prior 5+ years in deep, hands-on, technical infrastructure, networking, and security roles
Has extensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge of areas, departments and/or function(s) within and across other disciplines
Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services
Education and/or Training:
Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master’s preferred
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $358,220.00 - $564,195.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
