As an Education and Training Manager at Telligen you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive education and training program for staff, Providers, Health Plans, PACE Organizations, Members, and other stakeholders to support the implementation and ongoing operations for State Medicaid/Medicare Solutions.
This position is contingent on the award of Massachusetts Medicaid.
Essential Functions:
Designs and implements a comprehensive training and education program, including initial and ongoing training for all staff, customers, and all State Medicaid/Medicare stakeholders.
Directs implementation of and manages ongoing operations for all the education and training activities within the for Massachusetts assessment work
Coaches, guides and directs team members to achieve individual, team and organizational objectives. Ensures employee accountability through routine observation, performance measurement, and performance feedback. Fulfills the Telligen Management Philosophy that "Managers coach, engage, and support our people to achieve results".
Promotes on-going and seamless communication between provider assessors and Telligen
Monitors, analyzes, and develops strategies for improving provider performance through provider relations initiatives, provider and staff assessor training, and other methods
Performs miscellaneous projects and support as assigned
Requirements
Minimum five (5) years of training experience for Health Plan, PACE, Hospital, or public payer
Minimum three (3) years of Medicaid clinical eligibility assessment training experience, including experience with Inter-rater Reliability processes
Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience
