As an IT Service Desk Specialist II, you will support activities within service desk, supporting customer needs, documentation creation, configuring user accounts, configuring laptops, desktop support (troubleshooting), conference room equipment and inventory management
Bachelors degree or Associate degree from a two-year college or university in an IT related discipline.
Extensive Active Directory; Office365 user administration and Microsoft Exchange experience is required.
Troubleshoot and administers laptops, desktops, applications, printers, copiers, fax machines, telephones, monitors, and other IT equipment as required
Ability to effectively facilitate cross functional teams within all affiliates and able to engage with all levels in the organization.
Assist and orient new hires with initial usage of IT systems as well as training team members on IT processes and/or end-user software
Must be Bilingual - Spanish/Japanese
Available for after-hours, on-call rotation as scheduled
