2-years + recent work history – CMA
Neuro experience a plus.
Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association
Titers (MMR, Varicella, Hep B)
Tdap Vaccination current (within the past 10yrs)
Tb Skin Test or Chest X-ray up to date
Current Flu Vaccine
