Description Central Illinois' Premier Buy-Here/Pay-Here Dealer with over 20 years in business and multiple locations and still growing across Central Illinois is seeking the right candidate(s) to fill our Branch Manager position(s). Job Duties: Oversee the daily operations of the branch including sales. Monitor all store activities and personnel to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and standard practices. Generate revenue by executing the company sales process utilizing the CRM to achieve performance objectives. Maintain the appearance of all facilities including the building, inventory, and lot. Inventory management of 45 to 60 vehicles. Interact with customers on a regular basis and resolve any customer issues. Manage multiple accounts for delinquency and debt collection efforts. Locate and contact debtors about outstanding obligations. Send out past due notices for delinquent accounts or for missed settlement payments via phone, SMS, email, and US Mail. Provide Exceptional customer service/customer experience. Process Customer payments. Process Customer documents including finance applications, loan documents, titles, and vehicle registrations. Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws. Requirements Valid Illinois Driver's License and clean driving record. Must have general computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Bachelor's Degree/Associate's Degree preferred and a High School diploma is required. Applicants should have 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in the automotive industry as a sales manager, finance manager, or general manager. Previous Sales experience is preferred. Previous Buy-Here/Pay-Here experience is a plus. Required Education HS diploma and some College Required Location Ideal Auto Sales Springfield, IL **Compensation**
$40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year and potential bonus. Potential to earn additional Bonus/Commission of $5k-$10k per year.
