About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Digital Marketing to lead and scale its customer acquisition engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of digital marketing experts across various channels, including SEM, SEO, social media, affiliates, web development, and marketing analytics. The role involves building and executing an innovative digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, capture interest, and drive visitor conversion to customers. The VP will also be tasked with managing multi-million dollar budgets, providing executive-level performance summaries, and driving end-to-end performance accountability for new customer acquisition and revenue growth.Applicants for the VP of Digital Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience leading B2B digital marketing teams, preferably in the software/SaaS space, and a total of 15+ years in marketing or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing scaled marketing programs with budgets exceeding $50 million and experience in high-growth, dynamic environments. Key skills include the ability to design and optimize channel mix using relevant KPIs, coaching and mentoring digital marketing talent, and leading strategic discussions that impact digital positioning, branding, and PR. The role also requires collaboration with partner and offline marketing teams to create innovative omni-channel experiences and working with marketing analytics and business intelligence to refine attribution models and make data-driven investment decisions.
