*The Institute of Human Virology (IHV)*is currently recruiting for a*Community Health Worker II or Community Outreach Coordinator.*As part of the CHOICE (Continuum of Care in Hospitalized Patients with Opioid Use Disorder and Infectious Complications of Drug Use) project, the community health worker will work with the CHOICE social worker to assess patients' needs, develop patient centered plans, and help patients to navigate returning to the community post hospital discharge after admission for infectious complication from injecting opioids.
