About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Product Management to lead its dynamic team in revolutionizing the procurement industry. The successful candidate will be a hands-on product leader with a strong passion for data, AI, and automation. This role is pivotal in defining and advancing product strategy, leading and growing the product management team, and owning the product roadmap and prioritization. The VP will be the product champion, ensuring clear communication and visibility with the executive team, customers, and partners. A key focus is on leveraging customer insights to build a data-driven product organization and working with sales and customer-facing teams on significant customer opportunities.Applicants must have a background in startup environments, with specific experience in procurement, supply chain, or enterprise FinTech. The role requires a minimum of 6 years in management and 8 years as a practitioner of product management in a B2B setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and scaling product management teams, as well as experience in building deep customer relationships at the executive level. A collaborative approach, the ability to synthesize stakeholder inputs, and a strong customer obsession are essential for this position.
