About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Product Management to play a pivotal role in defining and leading the strategy for enterprise customers, with a focus on elevating customer experiences and building new capabilities to support modern work execution. This senior leadership position involves deep market understanding, creating a compelling product vision, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large team and must have a proven track record of at least 15 years in product management, particularly in software products, and extensive experience as a people manager. Experience in enterprise administration, developer or partner ecosystems, and a strong commitment to customer needs and team collaboration are essential. The role also requires a passion for web-based business software, the ability to evaluate technical concepts, and experience with data analytics and visualization.The ideal candidate for the VP of Product Management role at the company will be a strategic leader with a customer-centric approach, a passion for innovation, and an extraordinary ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. They will be expected to manage a team of product managers, define product roadmaps, and work closely with design and engineering to deliver high-quality customer experiences. The role demands a candidate with a deep understanding of B2B or B2C cloud environments and a proven ability to analyze market trends to make informed decisions. A background in enterprise decision-making, including areas such as manageability, data governance, data integrations, and developer ecosystems, is highly valued.
