Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Live Events Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in live events, passion for event management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to oversee all aspects of corporate events from conception to completion. As a Live Events Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of live events, ensuring that they align with our clients' goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals, objectives, and expectations.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
Oversee the production of event materials, including signage, audio-visual elements, and branding.
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
Provide exceptional customer service and act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
Conduct post-event evaluations and generate reports for clients, analyzing the success of each event and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Live Events Project Manager, with a successful track record of managing corporate events.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
