Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end project management for live events, from initial planning to execution and post-event analysis.
Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives, requirements, and expectations.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful event delivery.
Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of all event elements.
Manage and mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and make real-time decisions to ensure the success of live events.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess project success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the live events industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful events.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and vendors.
Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and problem-solve on the spot.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Familiarity with event production technologies and equipment.
Experience with virtual and hybrid event formats.
Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in event management.
