YETI is actively seeking a Retail Operations Customer Experience Program Manager to support the execution of YETIs retail strategy. The primary responsibility of the Retail Operations Customer Experience Program Manager is to optimize every touchpoint within the retail customer experience. This role creates and implements the foundation for building customers for life. This customer centric individual sets the standard for the overall brand experience by establishing consistency across the portfolio. They will act as the liaison between multiple cross-functional partners, and store experience teams. A key function of the role is to capture and measure customer insights; study KPI results and sales data to identify opportunities that exist in the business to provide solutions that will improve customer interactions, operational processes, practices, and procedures that ultimately create a frictionless shopping experience in store.
This role is located in Austin, TX.
**Responsibilities:**
* Inspire the Team: Create exciting contests and recognition programs that are inspirational and motivational to keep the team and our customers at the core of what we do
* Store Events: Work cross functionally to provide programing and governance to all in store launches and events
* Communication: Act as a liaison between HQ and our retail store teams by synthesizing and sharing feedback, creating resources, updating our internal communication tools, and creating field facing communications
* Operations: Participate in providing solutions to standardize processes that support in the field retail teams who set the bar for a premium customer experience in store
* Relationship Building: Work harmoniously with cross-functional partners, retail teams and external vendors to streamline processes and promote efficiency
* Tools and Guides: Build various tools and guides that support the customer experience and build operational efficiency in retail stores
* Professional Conduct: Models behavior that respects the background, experience, and cultural differences of others while upholding the integrity and values of the brand. Promotes an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
**Qualifications and Attributes:**
* Associate Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required or equivalent experience, Bachelors degree preferred
* At least 2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality or customer service role
* Proven ability to drive Key Performance
* Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to build strong cross-functional and team relationships
* Excellent decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented and excellent organization skills
* Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and software programs
