Job overview and responsibilities:
The Program Manager will play a significant role in leading the evolution of our core MRO technologies. This leadership role is critical for keeping up with industry trends, leading the delivery and transformation roadmap for our Technical Services portfolio and working on guiding initiatives with scoping, business analysis, and case development. You will set the standards for PMO practices for this portfolio of applications for a robust technology delivery and guide/mentor a team of project managers.
Lead in the definition of product strategy
Maintain effective working relationships with key business & technology leaders, industry experts and partners
Supervise and prioritize the competitive landscape to influence product evolution
Run reason development for central initiatives
Manage scope and delivery roadmap of critical initiatives - in alignment with product priorities
Align the tech delivery process across portfolio
Define and maintain product KPIs including key business and financial metrics
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree in information technology, STEM or related field
Experienced with both agile/scrum and waterfall
9+ years of related work experience including 5+ years' experience in travel industry product management
Expert knowledge of program/product management, business case development, business analysis, functional design, and application delivery methodology
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Preferred: Master's degree
