Sales Representative/Sales Associate

Our handcrafted gourmet chai has been a Northwest Favorite for close to 30 years. We have a loyal fan base, and eager customers wanting our product up and down the West Coast. We brew in our dedicated facility in Seattle, and ship to distributors in both the Puget Sound region and the San Francisco Bay Area.

This position is great both for people just starting out in a sales career, as well as people reentering the workforce. Starts as a part time position, with flexible and predictable hours, and can be developed into a larger position as new customers are acquired.

Our Ideal Candidate Is

Emotionally intelligent, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Has experience with Hubspot, or other CRM and productivity apps, word processing, pdf's, Canva, and spreadsheets.

Able to fully understand and communicate product offerings and benefits, information vital to merchants, buyers needs, product facts, and marketing message.

Responsibilities Include

talking on the phone and logging calls and emails into CRM

capturing buyers information and identifying decision makers

work with customer lists to secure new accounts at current distributors

field inbound sales prospects

enter and maintain data in Hubspot

weekly targets for contacting prospects and customers

guide prospects through our sales process in Hubspot

facilitate delivery of samples and follow up materials

connect new customers to appropriate distribution channel

monthly order generation for key accounts

identify needs for point of purchase materials and send to customers

work with marketing to support and facilitate live product demos

attend networking and marketing events and assist with trade show events

weekly meeting and quarterly planning with marketing and management team

research and target prospects for cold calls as needed using library database searches -research and develop new distribution channels as needed
