About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Analytics to join their dynamic team. This senior role is pivotal in leading the creation and development of cutting-edge analysis solutions, and the successful candidate will be responsible for leading analyst teams and delivering actionable insights to both internal stakeholders and clients. The VP, Analytics will play a key part in enhancing the vision for an analysis-driven product roadmap, supporting marketing, sales, and client-facing data agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pivoting between different data tools and sets to construct a comprehensive story of performance and customer journey. This includes expertise in web and mobile analytics, marketing performance, attribution, sales and retention models, and product data. Proficiency in Redshift (SQL), Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel, and Salesforce is essential for building informative and interactive dashboards. The role also involves providing leadership and mentorship to the analyst team, continually tracking and improving KPIs related to digital marketing programs, and creating actionable models around customer behavior. The VP, Analytics will be expected to drive innovation, become a subject matter expert in business intelligence, and engage with executives to ensure that the analysis provided is driving actionable change.The successful candidate for the VP, Analytics position at the company will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in data analysis, and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The role demands a leader who can partner with a variety of stakeholders, is adept at problem-solving, and can effectively communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences. The VP, Analytics will be at the forefront of the company's commitment to accuracy, service, and innovation, and will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, retention, and product enhancement.
