This includes creator platform and tools, marketplaces, with product strategy that ultimately drives sales for merchants.The product manager for Creator CRM will focus on building the growth module for the TTS ecommerce platform. They will be responsible for building the backend CRM system and strategy system to enhance creator management and operational efficiency.Responsibilities:- Through creator interview and market studies, understand how creators are managing their business and areas for potential improvements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business strategy and product roadmap, grow the eCommerce creator community and their ability to drive for GMV.- Improve platform operations by utilizing the CRM system, focusing on areas such as creator management and performance tracking.- Utilize the strategy system to provide regular business analysis and improvement recommendations to creators. Help them enhance their business capabilities and increase GMV.- Enhance the creator benefits system to continually motivate creators and increase their willingness to improve their business performance.

Qualifications

Job Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $135850 - $337400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
