Summary This position is located in Field Operations Directorate, Office of Field Operations, Investor Program Office (IPO). As an Immigration Services Analyst, you will perform research and conduct studies, plan and conduct a variety of management programs or activities, and facilitate and/or conduct training for USCIS staff and contractors on standardized procedures and processes related to their duties. Responsibilities Researches, prepares and provides verbal or written technical guidance, information and support to various USCIS office management staff in the application of management systems and/or programs. Serves on problem-solving teams to further organizational goals or improve programs and management processes or systems. Serves as the Contracting Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) for the Investor Program Office. Requires Department of Homeland Security (DHS) mandated certification. Composes final documents covering complex information, including policies, training manuals/materials, management reports, or conference materials. Collects relevant information that is needed to identify issues and draw sound conclusions; gather and analyze facts, determining the accuracy of the data, defining the problem, and identifying solutions. Coordinates with personnel to resolve issues with pending and/or completed applications and petitions.
