As a Food and Beverage Manager you will be working with our Food and Beverage team to ensure that all banquet and outlet functions are executed from beginning to end in accordance with our high standards and attention to detail.
This role requires individuals who are able to handle heavy loads, attention to detail and great communication skills. We do require that you can be available a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Required: Two to Four years hotel restaurant and banquet management experience. Knowledge of restaurant / kitchen operation supervision. Basic office skills, experience with POS system, Microsoft Office suite, and general office equipment.
