Who you are

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Partnerships to drive strategic alliances and collaborations with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of partners, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, technology vendors, and other strategic partners, to enhance our telehealth platform's reach, driving the growth and impact of our telehealth platform.

What you’ll do

Develop and Execute Partnership Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with our organizational goals, outlining objectives, target partners, and key initiatives for growth in the telehealth market.

Identify and Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners and opportunities for collaboration, including healthcare providers, insurers, employers, and technology vendors.

Negotiate and Establish Partnerships: Lead partnership negotiations, including contract development, terms, and agreements, to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships that support the company's goals.

Lead Partner Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring ongoing collaboration and alignment with partner objectives.

Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement partnership initiatives to drive revenue growth, including revenue-sharing models, referral programs, and co-marketing opportunities.

Collaborate Internally: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and alignment with overall company strategy.

Monitor Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Track and Report Performance: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and provide regular reporting on partnership performance to senior leadership.

Your skills and experience

A proven track record of successfully developing and executing partnership strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative partnership initiatives.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
