Job Description
The Senior Trust Officer is responsible for administering personal trust,custody and estate, investment agency and IRA accounts. Providesadministration of assigned accounts in accordance with governinginstruments, applicable state and federal law, and fiduciary standardsconsistent with BOKF policy.

How You'll Spend Your Time
You will properly administer accounts consistent with the governinginstrument, state law and BOKF policies and procedures.You will ensure quality service and profitable business growth by managing aportfolio of complex customer relationships. You will also pro-activelycommunicate with clients about their account activity, accountperformance, securities markets, economic trends, and value-added ideas.You will develop internal marketing plans and work collaboratively with otherdepartments to improve internal relationships and build strong externalcustomer relationships.You will coordinate activities with the Tax, Specialty Assets, InvestmentManagement, Wealth Management Services and external advisors, resolvingclient and administrative issues timely.You will adhere to all established corporate risk & compliance guidelines.You will monitor and review performance and behaviors within areas ofresponsibility to identify and resolve non-compliance with theorganization's policies and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.You will maintain knowledge of state and federal tax and fiduciary law,accounting principles, investment strategies, and BOKF policies andprocedures.You will act as subject matter expert in an area of technology, policy,regulation, or operational management for the team. You will also maintainexternal accreditations and an in-depth understanding of current and emergingexternal regulation and industry best practices through continuingprofessional development, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.You will timely keep management advised of client risk concerns, problemsand complaints.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion ofBachelor's Degree in business or related field of study and 6-8 years ofdirectly related experience in Personal Trust and/or 8-10 years ofexperience in Personal Trust or equivalent combination of education andexperience.Experience in managing medium- to large-sized client accounts.Knowledge of interpretation and application of trust document provisions,probate law, taxes, investments.Excellent analytical ability, decision making and problem solving skillsExcellent oral, written and communication skills, including interpersonalskills
