Develops and maintains relationships with all accounts.
Initiates and schedules orders with regional BSH inside sales.
Reviews and writes RA's while also following regional BSH polices and procedures.
Works along with other DSM's and operations to help coordinate returned goods for sale in our OTC (out of the carton) department.
Responsible for all assigned regional credits (including pricing errors, RMA's etc).
Responsible for assisting in the communications of all regional Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau programs and procedures (working with Director, OM, RSM and HB).
Maintains and develops all product displays including POP and displays cleanliness.
Gathers and analyzes competitive regional pricing and marketing programs (volume rebates, buy programs, SPA's, spiffs, etc). In addition, helps coordinate needed Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau programming for achievement of sales plan (Director, RSM and HB).
Organizes and manages regional Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau trainings (Regional showroom, hotel locations and or in-store trainings) with BSH Training department and Regional Marketing Manager (RMM). Assists in Consumer demos and other showroom activities.
Manages information flow to RSM on a daily/weekly basis.
Maintains a database of all Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau accounts to include sales performance, display achievements, training schedule, etc.
Coordinates and develops Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau specific events in and outside of the showroom (GM and RMM) and maintains product knowledge of all BSH Brands.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
