About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead and enhance its direct-to-consumer and omnichannel e-commerce presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team and leading digital and growth marketing efforts to develop the e-commerce business and increase product awareness and preference across online marketing channels. This role requires a strategic, data-driven approach, with a focus on constant optimization through test-and-learn cycles. The Director will also be involved in budget management, performance analytics, and will work closely with retail marketing and brand marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies and goal alignment.The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 8 years of e-commerce and omnichannel growth marketing experience, particularly within the consumer goods (CPG) space. They should be adept at bringing an analytics-driven approach to a creative brand, with direct experience in e-commerce platforms and tools. The role demands a proactive problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent leadership and management skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. The Director will be expected to own the digital marketing budget, oversee the strategy and execution of growth marketing channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of product launches and brand initiatives. A high level of emotional intelligence, a creative mindset, and a commitment to the values of the company are also essential.
