Job Description
Liaison to the clients (pharmaceutical manufacturers) and their customers (wholesalers, dispensers, hospitals, clinics) including consulting where appropriate to ensure that best practices are developed and conveyed to all the EVERSANA partners. Also works with all vendors and customers in the development, testing and management of data integrations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by: Setting clear direction, effective plans, and measurable outcomes
Receiving support specifically as it pertains to serialization including recommendations or internal best practices as well as external to include, but not limited to, packaging, labeling and data exchange for receiving
Development of internal best practices for accurate and efficient capture of serialization for inventory management, outbound order fulfillment, returns and destruction shipments.
Internal system development recommendations, project management and delivery of serialization improvements to existing systems.
Management of client communications and support for all serialization activities. Participation in client quarterly business reviews as well as participation in new prospect sales activities. Support of weekly or other ad hoc client meetings as needed.
Management of the DSCSA regulatory obligations, including integrations, for EVERSANA in situations where EVERSANA operates as a wholesaler (title model services).
Management of vendor contracts and performance for all serialization third party solution providers.
Works with the warehouse training staff on developing best practices and training requirements for the operations staff.

Responsible for and oversee their respective department.
Interview, select and supervise the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures.
Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards; review performance relative to departmental objectives discussion appraisal with each employee and performance; authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline, and discharge and administer all other personnel actions.
EXPECTIONS OF THE JOB:
Travel (25-40% or as needed if not based in Memphis; most travel will be to Memphis)
Hours (45-50 hours/week depending on the workload)

Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
Education Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters Degree preferred
Experience and/or Training Minimum of 10-15 years of industry experience required including 5 years of serialization in the pharmaceutical industry preferred including IT/EDI experience with a strong preference to former DSCSA integration experience. Past consulting experience is also preferred.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Masters Degree preferred

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $117,000 to $164,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
