As a pivotal member of our team, you'll spearhead our business growth across the AMERICAS region, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to customer engagement. Your role will involve leveraging your exceptional sales skills and entrepreneurial spirit to drive revenue growth and establish strategic partnerships.

What you'll do

Consistently meet software license, support, and service order targets, ensuring adherence to timelines and commitments.

Develop territory mapping, account plans, and opportunity management strategies, with a focus on proactive business development.

Negotiate favorable pricing and terms with large commercial enterprises, emphasizing the value and ROI of our software solutions.

Collaborate with partners to maximize effectiveness and expand our market reach.

Utilize sales engineering and internal/external services resources to support sales efforts effectively.

Apply sales methodologies and processes systematically to drive efficiency and maximize results.

Leverage international and domestic colleagues to enhance deal size and customer value.

Foster a collaborative team environment, facilitating efficient resource deployment and information flow.

Provide timely and insightful feedback to other corporate functions, particularly product management and marketing.

What you'll bring

Bachelor’s degree minimum; MBA preferred.

Based in United States

Experience of direct Enterprise Software sales experience to large enterprises, with a focus on billing/monetization.

Strong understanding of order-to-cash and finance processes.

Familiarity with integration applications such as mediation, ETL, ESB, or other EAI applications.

Proven ability to engage with C-suite executives and close six and seven-figure software licensing deals.

Demonstrated accuracy in forecasting commitments and results.

Exceptional interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining effective collaboration with team members.
