What We're Looking For
TrackVia is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Product & Engineering team.

You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of customer-facing features across our web, platform, and native mobile products. You will monitor the entire product & software development lifecycle which involves stages such as scheduling releases, coordinating between teams, and deploying releases per the schedule and within budget. To do this effectively, you will communicate regularly with the Software, Quality Assurance and Operations teams.
Your edge in this role is your deep understanding of technology and a proven track record of positive interactions across teams.
You will have continuing education and training opportunities in both project management and technology, as well as low-code application development training via TrackVia University.
The Technical Project Manager reports to the VP of Product & Engineering. The position is remote with occasional travel to corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project management activities for all customer-facing products and applications, from initiation to delivery.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project goals, plans, schedules, and team commitments with department and organization.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the product & software lifecycle.
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off, status updates, and retrospectives.
- Monitor progress & timelines, surfacing potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge: 3-5 years of experience in technical project management roles within software development.
- Time & budget management : Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Project management : Strong understanding of project management principles, Agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and tools (GitLab, Jira, Trello).
- Certification : Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP).
- Leadership : Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving results.
- Development lifecycle : Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.
Bonus Points:
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- CI/CD : Professional experience working with continuous integration & deployment pipelines related to release management processes.
- SaaS : Professional experience working in a SaaS environment, especially related to the no/low-code industry.
Benefits:

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000
