Overview
We’re looking for a Regional Director of Office Operations to join our team. You will report directly to the Regional Director of Office Operations Senior. You’ll be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the assigned hospice program/site.
Oversees office operations
Analyzes and optimizes operational processes, procedures, and business metrics with assistance of the Regional Director of Office Operations Senior . Alerts Regional Director of Office Operations Senior to critical situations within the branches
First line of Homecare Homebase support .This includes general system questions and troubleshooting errors/bugs
Assists Regional Director of Office Operations Senior in process creation and documentation of said processes and helps disseminate information to the branches
About You
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3+ years of experience in Hospice and or Home Health field required
Experience in planning, leading, and directing complex operational initiatives required
Homecare Homebase experience preferred
