The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for supporting the operational efforts of multiple buildings.
What will you get to impact in this role?
Oversee the day to day operations of multiple communities (Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care)
Oversee the coordination of resident care, sales, maintenance, life enrichment and dining services departments
Support the Vice President of Operations and Residence Directors by providing training, education and strategic coaching for each community
Adherence with all state and federal guidelines to ensure the highest level of compliance
